Proof that it doesnt hurt to try

This photo pretty accurately describes how I feel right now. On a whim (and for a class assignment) I applied for a Research/Artistic grant to fund my senior capstone drawing project, "On Any Given Day" through my University.

I found out today that not only was my proposal accepted, but I also received the full funding requested for the project.

I literally feel on top of the world currently.
